Mondavi de Baron: his name says it all. This is a son of our Chardonnay and grandson to Baron, you’ll notice he’s medium brown; just add the name Mahogany Prince as his sire. Mondavi’s color is as solid as can be without even a spot of white. Mondavi was 22 pounds at birth with perfect conformation and has never been sick (IgG of 1336). At five months old he weighed 78 pounds. His conformation is complimented by a well nourished, lustrous, finely locked fleece.

Mondavi has a very sweet temperament like his half sister, Diamonds are Forever who contributed towards three 3rd places, five 2nd places, ten 1st places, and five Championships in just one spring season. His dam, Peruvian Chardonnay was a show winner herself with numerous championships and blue ribbons.
